I get my cell phones from a good friend too... that doesn't change the fact that the ambiguity surrounding the true release info for this phone is MORE than enough to make me say "I'll believe it when I have one in my hand!"

Not saying at all that you're wrong or anything... I'm just tired of being disappointed... so I simply don't believe it! 😉

Exactly.

I just don't get it. I mean I'm not going to be a broken record here from previous posts... but, there are people who own this phone for Cingular!! Cingular has been giving these phones away as prizes to contest winners, you can see them for yourself on Ebay (and in this forum, Mary got one), and it's branded for Cingular and in the Cingular box and everything... so I just don't get it!! Why aren't they in stores or even on cingular.com????????????

I talked to cust. service this morning and nice little lady said it was available at my local store or at telesales !!!!!... Telesales does not have it on their list..... and the store does not have it in stock. Cingular needs to post something that explains the delay !!!!

Cingular has these phones in stock.....they are sitting on them for whatever reason !!!! they have the s710a too!!!!!...

Everyone should try to go through someone other than cingular stores to get this phone. Like cell tech or some store like that b/c they will probably have the phone. At lest give them a call. 😕
