Z500 voice quality
When using the z500 while in calls, there is a constant high pitched sound. After exchanging the phone for another z500...the exact same thing occurs. The call quality of this phone should be considered.

AHHHHH!!! sounds similar to the problems that plagued the Samsung E317. The reception was fine, but some people say the voice quality was terrible.

Not mine !!! The earpiece quality is the best of a ll the phones I've owned !! I have adjusted the equalizer in the media player to my own settings and it also adjusts the earpiece. My phone sounds like a good stereo headset. No problems here.!! So far this has been a great little phone!!

I heard that noise the first couple of times that I used the phone, but that was all. I haven't heard it since...My z500 is very clear and loud.
