Sony Ericsson K700i

The details on this site say that there is no speaker phone, but I have read elsewhere that it does have that feature.
Can anybody confirm this?
If it does, and you have experience with it, does it work good? Loud sound? other end can hear you good?

i have bought a K700i ...its joy stick isnt exactly in the centre...its slightly towards the upper side ...its working thiough... but i was wondering is that standard position of the joystick i.e. slightly on the upper side or its just in my phone... this thing is bugging me a lot ..will appreciate if any user let me know whats the position of his joy stick ..in the centre or slightly towards the upper side like mine ...thanx

will guys like cingular and at&t have this one to replace the t616, or will t-mobile get it?

The Sony Ericsson K700i is a nice phone works good,nice FM radio nice headset, But I have to charge it every night..the Screen is the culprit..BEU-TEE-FUL..but it sucks the battery like dracula after a 200 year dry spell 😁

I bought one Friday 10/16/204 in Chinatown,New York City, I walked around for about 3 hours trying to find the best deal. Well first store wanted $210 with a contract no rebate with T-Moblie.. The second store wanted $175 no rebate with contract again with T-Mobile.. The 3rd store wanted $150 and $100 and with T-Mobile..mmmh I see a pattern so I asked the young girl why do you sell this phone with T-Mobile ..she said the have the best 900/1900 gsm signal for this phone..some will say that you can use any of the GSM ...

My friend just got one of these phones and i was trying to send her some pics from my series 60 nokia.

But when i tried to send her something it says connection failed yet she could send pics to me.

I know the sharp gx 30 cant connect with other phones is heres the same or is it set up wrongly?

I recently ordered a K700i and should be receiving it via Fed Ex at any time now. It should be a welcome replacement for my trusty T68i.

Funny thing about tools of this nature-- when one first gets them they are as much toys as they are essential parts of our lives. I suppose the the first thing I'll be doing with my new phone when I get it is customize it to suit my tastes. I've been to various ringtone websites to find that the K700i is not listed as a compatible phone. I'm under the impression that this is so because it is new and that the said websites simply have not been keeping up with this fast changing industry.

So here's my question: Where is the best place for me to shop themes and ringsounds? There seem to be a lo...

it's likely T-Mobile will release K700i end of the year, or K710i (?) when EDGE is activated

I just got this phone and a new SE user, hence, I might not be familiar with all menu/features. Can someone inform me if how to use the options when in the middle of a call?
- How do you activate Speakerphone when in a call?
- Can I access Phonebook or Notes when I need to look up a number/type something while in a call?

I feel like I'm in cellphone purgatory. I've been with VZW for 3 years now, and although the service has been adequate, my v60 is about to die. I tried the Mot V600 on ATTWS for about a month, but had to return cause I was dropping too many calls and getting poor reception. Not sure if it was the phone or the service. Some of my friends have ATT GSM here in chicago and they like it, so it may have been the phone. I cannot wait any longer for the Mot V710...besides, I think the phone may be a little too big for my taste. So here I am, contemplating making a switch to a candy bar phone on GSM. Can someone that has been using the K700 give me some insider info on this thing? Love the look...just want to know if it's worth spending $300-...
