No, AT&T will not offer this phone. The GSM side of this phone has only the 900 and 1800mhz frequencies which are not used in the U.S. at all. Verizon will be the only carrier offering this phone.
The main difference between the V710 and the A840 is the GSM world capabilities on the A840. However you do sacrafice Bluetooth with the A840. 😁
