How can you make your own ringtone using the radio function? Also , is there a way to assign a downloaded ringtone as a custom tone for a particular caller and not just a general ringtone?

not that I can see. Customer ringtones for individual callers can only come from the internal ringers. As far as making a ringtone using the radio function I don't believe that's possible either.
I was impressed that I could have an Mp3 be the ringtone, guess I am easily amused...
