Need help downloading mp3 ringtones

I can do everything with this phone, but download mp3 ringtones. I understand that it supports aac and mp3 formats. However, everytime I try to download a mp3 tone it says,"this format is not supported." 😡 Could someone please help me with this issue? Thanks.

the tag has got to be .mp3

I was using Windows Media Player and it was saving them as .wma, so I had to convert.

if your's are .mp3 and you are still getting this error your phone may have an issue.
