Nokia 6255i / 6256i
6256i & Moto H500
Today I bought a 6256i from VZW and have been using the H500 bt headset with the phone. No complaints about either, with the exception of when I make or receive a call, the person on the other end claims that I am "muffled" or it sounds as if I am speaking in a tunnel. It's echoed and again, seems muffled. I'm not sure what the problem is. Any ideas?

Yes, it was boughten via a verizon store, actually the one I work for. But it came from Brightpoint, which is a non-verizon warehouse that we order verizon authorized phones through. I've gotten some feedback from both Moto and Nokia, Moto claims it's the headset and that it should be replaced, Nokia says it's simply the fact that Nokia phones are not compatible with third-party accessories. Nokia also said the headset will connect but it will not have the same quality as if it was a nokia accessory. We're ordering a Nokia headset to see if there is a difference. Thanks guys...any more info to help would be great.
