Nokia 6255i / 6256i
Phone powering itself off...
Over the last few days I've started having issues with my phone, it first powered itself off with about half a charge, so I wrote that off.
Today, it was plugged into the charge, on one moment, off the next, without my touching it.
All night tonight, the phone turned itself off, intermittently-- at least 3 times. I am not pleased. Anyone else had similar issues?

well that's what happen to me last week. it shuts itself off, but now it seems ok as it didn't happen again.

I have a 3589i and it did that 2 me a couple times 2day...lol..But it happends not a big deal..I plan on getting 6256i soon unless something else better comes 2 verizon any1 hear of anything let me know ASAP cuz my dad is gonna go 2 Best Buy and get this one 4 me..Thanks!

Oh and what company is it comming 2? I have Verizon if u havent noticed...How soon do u think it is comming out cuz I need an upgrade..No compaints on the one I have it works great after 2 years when the rest of my phones I have had or my fam has had start dying out after a couple months or just r straight out bad...I just want something dif..if u have an apox time let me know! Thanks!

im still trying to find out when its coming ..and no its a slider with a 2 megapixel camera you can see it on here ...i have the 6256i i love it so you might ...but it seems alot of people on here just arent happy with it ..but i dont think they would be happy with any phone ...i live with the problems ..like the phone turning off or my camera freezing ..but i get great reception and hardly any dropped calls i love the 3 min video recording time so if you think you mught be happy with the 6256i after all you read you should get it i would buy another one

Hmm...Well...I think if you have great recept then it might just be fine maybe you just had bad luck with it..I havent heard 2 many complaints Im not on this site often..If the recept is good and u dont get dropped calls I think I could live with the phone turning off or something like that but my 3589i thats 3 years old maybe older that I had 4 2 years hasnt caused me a single prob since I got it infact all the other phones Ive had (MOTOROLA'S) are garbage compared 2 this phone same with my parents and sisters phone..They all ask 2 use mine..LOL..Im not 2 scared about having probs I trust Nokia..I have 15 days 2 return it maybe more I dunno ill c how it goes..Thanks 4 the advice!
