Nokia 6255i / 6256i

I own a Nokia 6256i with Verizon Wireless and love it. I live outside the Continental USA (live in one of the USA territories) and now I’m very disappoint when I found that any person you try to call me from outside the island were I live just get a busy signal. I just cannot received a incomming Long Distance call. I purchased this phone in the Mainland and activated the same locakkt with no problem at all until found this problem. I called Verizon Wireless and they just told me that I have to purchased a phone locally and not from the mainland. I just cannot believe, for me this is weird. The 15 days for the free try just expired and now I’m stuck with the phone. I just was wondering if Diego Software could help me to resolved this...
