Does anyone know how to format QD beside *#7370# and *#7780#?I had tried both methods above but not use.I tried also by press *+3+Call+Power button but seems not work.Please guide.

Five months later, I can tell you that if *#7370# doesn't format your phone, you need to have it flashed.
