HP h6315 / h6310 / h6320 / h6325

hey guys correct me if i'm wrong but isn't t-mobile usa headquarted in tampa, fl? if so u would think they would have some type of reception here. my ipaq has been pretty much a $600 paperweight here and if i haden't brought my nokia 3660 i'd be a very unhappy vacationer.
