Probably the merge because it is available in Canada through At&t's former partner Rogers wireless

Any way to get the phone from Canada?? I need the 850mhz version and it has been COMING SOON for EVER!! Thanks!

Actually rogers, like former part at&t, uses the 850 band for GSM so it would work on cingular no problem. As in a place to order it....i know that rogers does allow you to buy the phone with out a contract.
