I haven't tried to max out my own phone, but I can try to give you an estimate. The phone only has 2MB of memory to store pictures, but the camera is a 640x480 camera. It's nothing too special, but a nice convenience. Anyway, when I take pictures, they typically are around 20-25K. If you estimate that each picture is 20K on average, with 2MB, you will be able to store around 100 pictures.
With video, I'm not completely sure on that, as I have not tried to do any video on my phone. I'll have to check that out and get back to you.
