my sister bought a usb ... but now, we format the computer and she can't find the cd to install it so the computer didnt recognize the usb... something like that...
so she dl the program from the internet... but when she connects the phone to the computer, it doesnt work anymore
does anyone know what she can do?? ...

did you get the drivers loaded for the cable? the pc has to be able recognize the cable before pc suite can find the phone.

You have to be careful when loading the cable driver and the PC suite software!!!!
You must install the driver software BEFORE you install Nokia PC Suite!!!
I made that mistake the first time I installed it. I just went back and un-installed everything and started over.
- Driver first
- PC Suite second
That should get you where you need to communicate with the handset.
