Computer Recognizing V3 as a USB Device NOT as a Phone?

Any idea why? I have tryed everything I can think of an my computer is still not recognizing my phone - neither is PhoneTools. Are there any other ways around this? Bluetooth? If so, please explain... thanks!

you need to download the drivers just do a google search
