Motorola RAZR V3

Anyone else has/had trouble setting up email? I followed all of Cingular's instructions, but my email on my phone still doesn't work. I even tried using another email's host (i.e. gmail, messenger express) b/c Cingular said that might work better, but it doesn't. I wanted to be able to check my other email account on my phone. The Cingular customer service woman was questioning whether it's my phone that's faulty. I've already exchanged it once, i doubt it's faulty. Help!
