Thanks, It's been over a month now that I have had my V3. The Cingular presidents office and tech have been of no help on E mail for AOL. Gopher is another one but is more $$$ Will give it a little more time. Vikingok

I have tried Gopher and I think Gotmailviewer is 1000 x's better. You download this java based program and you access it under your games menu....it saves your login info and everything making it much faster and easier. The java application is an awsome touch too.....good luck. IF you find something better or easier, let me know...I have been down this frustrating road for over a month now too.....are you and I the ONLY TWO people in the United States that wanted to check their AOL email via their V3???? Sure feels that way....ha.

You don't need a separate app to access AOL email - just set up the built-in email app to retrieve mail from imap.aol.com and send mail via smtp.aol.com. Complete instructions are on AOL at keyword OPEN MAIL ACCESS.
