Razr headsets

I keep hearing that a blue tooth headset is the only type that works with the Razr but I keep seeing standard headsets listed on both Motorola's website and the websites of other suppliers. What gives....can anyone tell me if a standard headset can be used?

Thanks in advance

Where would you plug it in? The only connector on my V3 is the mini-USB jack thats used for charging/ direct connecting to a computer.

I hear you but again if that's the case then why does Motorola offer a standard headset?

That headset is specific to the V3, it has a USB terminated end.

If you want it, go get it 😁

Thanks for the help. I received my headset a couple days ago and it works great. It's just the thing when I don't want to use my bluetooth headset.

You know, I just wanted the plain, regular headset for my phone. I ordered 1 for $19.99 from Motorola.com. It shipped and I received it all in about 3 days. I like it. I didn't really want Bluetooth, the phone cost me enough.

I went and got the wired headset and I love it. It was just what I was looking for so now I can use either wired or blue-tooth depending on my mood or situation
