V3 battery question

Just to clear up that I don't have an issue with V3's actual battery life.

But V3's battery charging status is confusing. I like to put my razr to charge when I go to sleep at night so I know I will never run into problem the next day. But the battery bar will switch between 2 and 3 bars at the end of charging and if I go to the phone status/battery status, it will usually show the battery life at +4 while the charge is connected to the phone. Only to remove the charge will the battery status give me accurate account at full bar +6.

Anyone else notice this?

Yep I've noticed the same thing. Actually there are times while charging my phone the status is no bars. I tend not to worry about it since I charge my phone every night (that and the face I have a car charger and a cord for my computer at work also).

I'm trying to test the actual battery life. I took the v3 off the charger yesterday noon fully charged and spent about an hour and half fiddle around the feature sets, talked on the phone for 30-40 minutes and and I was down to 2 bars at +4 by noon today, it has since stayed at the same status without any major usage. As I've only had 1 phone (a samsung) before v3, I'm not sure my current v3 battery life is any good.

Also, I've bought an Apple USB power adapter to charge my v3 via a retractable USB cable, but I've heard that it is much better and faster to charge the phone with regular charger hooked up to the wall socket. Any truth this? Thanks.

Either your battery was VERY low when you plugged it in, or you are not using the L shaped adapter with your charger cable. Those are the only times where I have noticed this issue with the phone.
