New Phone - No Voice - HELP

Can listen and talk via Bluetooth, but when try to talk with phone itself (away from Bluetooth and before it was even set up) only get static. Voice comes in no trouble....HAVE I GOT A BAD PHONE?? Or is there some trick I need to do? Shipped new in original box so it is not used.

More than likely a defective phone. Never heard of that one. Have you owned it for more than 30 days? If not, go to the store your purchased it from and let them know. They will know what to do
