How's this phone hold up over time?

Any noticible wearage, loose hinges, anything? thanks for any replies.

I bought one of the very first commercially-available phones (U.S. vedrsion, not an import) back in the Fall. I have had not thing one go wrong. It looks and feels as new as the day I got it.

One of the reasons is the size. Unlike other phones, I don't throw it in a pocket of my briefcase, the console of the car, or wear it on my hip. It fits so easily in your pocket that it just doesn't get subjected to the "normal" wear and tear. The screen gets greasy because of how large it is, but a quick wipe with a shirttail or a glasses cloth takes care of that.

I know a lot of people are hung up on the video capture, but I really think that's kinda odd. 🙂 My Sony digital camera can do video, but I never use it because the quality is so poor....
