transferring mp3s

i was wondering how do i go about transferring mp3s from my pc to the razr. once i get it hooked up via usb to miniusb cable, is there included software that allows me to compress mp3s? all of my mp3s on my pc are more than 5 mb.. so how would that work?

I edited my mp3 file down to the first 14 seconds, 57 Kb to serve as a ring tone.

To be honest, I don't recall. I've had the phone since November. I don't even have the PC I used any more. Windows Media Player? Roxio? Does Mobile Phone Tools have a music editor?

You can use a program called "mp3cutter". That's what I used to cut a song use it as a ringtone. Now when my phone rings, I get stares. 😡
