Hi,
Has anyone tried, and successfully, connected a V600 to a RAZR V3 via bluetooth?

This is what happened. My co-worker, who has a V600, has an image that I want in his V600. So, I go "let me Bluetooth it." I turned on Bluetooth and "Fine Me" on my V3, while he went to his Pictures menu and did a "Copy". During "Copy", the phone listed a bunch of Bluetooth devices that is stored on his phone already. Since my V3 is not in the list, he highlighted "Look for Devices", which, after a few seconds, found my V3. After he stored my V3 into his phone, he copied the image to my phone via Bluetooth. You can do the same for sounds, pictures and camera pictures. Hope this helps. 😎

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately it is still not working for me. ☚ī¸
I've tried "Look for device" from V600 with V3 on "Find me", and vice versa, but they just couldn't find each other. Any idea what might be wrong?

Basically, if you don't have an image, ringtone, etc (some form of media) that you want to copy from one phone to another, you really don't need to have them search for each other. For example, if you have an image in your V600 that you want to copy over to the V3, go to that image, and go to "Copy" by pressing the center button. Once that's done, the two phones will start looking for each other, pair up, and the V600 will Bluetooth the image over to the V3. Once the two devices are paired up, they will be stored into each other's memory. Sorry I wasn't a little clearer. Hope this helps. 😎

Not only do I have that problem as well, but I can't use the same Bluetooth headset I was using with my V600 on my RAZR V3. Any ideas?

authorize is correct--you have to first copy whatever it is that you want to bluetooth over to the other phone, then set the target phone to "find me" (I've tried it and they do in fact connect to each other). It still puzzles me why the copying is necessary though. If only there's a way to copy over files that have a lock symbol netx to them...

As for the bluetooth headset problem, I think you may have to reconfigure it to work with the razr. Can't really help you here, since I don't have one. Search for it on the forum and I'm pretty sure you will find the solution.
