bluetooth to laptop connection with t-mobile razr
has anyone tried this out? can anyone verify that motorola's phonetools works with t-mobile's razr's?
if anyone know another way to transfer pics to my laptop via bluetooth, i'd appreciate it.
right now i can only use the phone as a modem, but i don't need that.

Go buy a D-Links Bluetooth Dongle and slide it into any USB slot on your laptop. I got mine from Office Depot 8 months ago for 19.99 and thats the only way I transfer mp3's, ringtones and photos to my V551, RAZR, SE S710a and Nokia 6620. I have never fooled with cables or any software other than what came with my dongle.

I just got the mobile phone tools software loaded yesterday. Kind of a pain to get set up but it works well.
One of the first things to do after loading the software is to immediately look for upgrades. My software wasn't current as the Razr wasn't listed as one of the phone types to choose from; but after downloading (free) the upgrade all was well.
