If you have this phone, read this!
I am considering buying this phone from T-Mobile, but I have some questions first. I am an Ex- v300 user, and I HATED my v300. It lagged so much and just was really slow. It had a major delay problem. Anyways, I want to know if the Razr has any sort of problem like that? Is lagging an issue? And is there any sort of light on the outside? And if any one has the T-Mobile Razr, what is on the outside of the screen when the flip is open? (i.e. the Cingular has the little Cingular dude...)
Thanks!

I've had my RAZR since November, and have been a follower of this board since Day 1. I'm going to hazard a guess after seeing literally hundreds of people come through, both pro and con, that you will NOT be satisfied with this phone. Based on the questions asked and the general "feel" of your message, you seem to be rather ummm, "particular" about your phones.
Answer this question - would you rather have a Subaru WRX STi or a Mercedes C240 4Matic? Both cost about the same, both have AWD, but they're VERY different cars. The Merc has a very tame 168 hp, the Subie makes 300.
This phone is the C240.
Good luck!

To answer your other question, the screen on the outside when it is flipped open just says "T-Mobile".

My previous fones were SE, Nokia. I find that the V3 phone book is very slow, accessing numbers very slow (in Nokia it allows u to jump to relevant person by taking first two letters of your entry). If u have a lot of ppl under letter 'C' u have a long way to scroll! Also, in text msging it doesn't allow u to type fast. I was recently out of the country and left my fone switched off in UK. A week later, when I switch on fone, the date/time on the fone remained on last time I had it switched on! Told this to company I bought from, and they can do nothing abou...
