Motorola RAZR V3

I am trying to decide waht phone I should upgrade to from T-Mobile. The Razr v3 or the Samsung p735. They both seem like great phones and I just cant decide. I am afraid of Motorolas because of my v300 expirence. 😕 **shudders** But I can get Bluetooth, and Speaker phone, both of which the p735 dont offer. But the p735 has megapixal camera, over an hour of video, and MP3 player, that I will not use tho. I also seem to be a bit worried cuz I have big hands and big fingers, and I am not sure how I will do with the Razr. Someone plez help me.....thanks so much
