Yes, I do it all the time with my RAZR and my wife's S710. First allow the phones to recognize each other and pair them. Then you just go to the picture or ringtone, hit the menu button, select "copy" and then select the device you're copying to (the other phone in this case). This is the way the RAZR works, the S710 is a little different but similar.
