I am attempting to get the video capability on my V3, but am backing everything up as you have to delete and reinstall the operating system to do so.

How can I backup/save my purchased ringtones?

Time for a new computer? 😉

If not using bluetooth, you must be using MPT via a USB/mini USB cord. You should be able to transfer MP3s to your computer using that.

"Time for a new computer? "

I hear that!

I know I can buy the BT adapter/dongle, but can I just transfer files or do I need software?

I can transfer MP3's using MPT and the USB cable, but the ones that are "locked" on the phone don't show up on the media studio. The ones that I purchased are the one I am having difficult with.

I am going to have to breakdown and buy the handset manager...unless someone can tell me how to unlock those files on my phone so I can transfer them to the computer.

My advice? Purchase MP3s and edit th...
