missed call alert/beep
my old motorola had a beep to indicate a missed call until i checked it. was wondering if the V3 had the same function? find myself having to check my phone for missed calls everytime i step away from it.

Yup. Not sure if you can adjust the time in between beeps, but it definitely does.

I can't find this missed call alert. Can you tell us where it is on the phone menu?

It's an audio setting, I think it's "alarms" in the detail under whichever audio profile you're using. I know the sound can be customized ("notify is the default on several of them), but as I said, I don't know if you can change the length of time in between.
If you're using the silent profile, though, there won't be any sound, and you can't change it either.

Settings....ringstyles.....loud detail..... reminders...change and select beep. 😁

It's "audio" on my settings meno, so I guess it depends on which carrier you have, but I also don't know that it's "reminders" - if the sequesnce you were given doesn't work, try "alarms."
And, of course, you'd have to change for each audio profile you use - changing it on "loud" won't change it on "soft."
