no those aren't soft-touch covers. I don't think they're making any soft-touch ones. 😢

btw - i tried the previously posted website, they don't sell directly to the public. I just got my faceplate from

Haven't seen any source of soft touch covers but other covers are available on ebay.

I was at a US Cellular store today and they had soft covers of several colors (US Cellular name on the packages).
