how do I use my T5 with...
How do I set up my T5 to use the phone to connect to the internet. I tried some sort of custom connection and dialing with type ppp and it dials and i get a display on the phone with ppp... rx tx or something.
I hope i didn't encure any charges for anything other than a minute or so used out of my unliminted nights.
I want to browse the internet on my T5 nad i din't know this would be so difficult to setup. i thought it would be as easy as normal internet connections.

the ppp rx tx that was your phone makeing a data call you will be billed $.40 a min. it will show up as wireless web mins even if you have vision. what you want is sprints phone as a modem option on your account.

I have a free netzero dialup account. Thats the number I was trying to dial when I got the ppp rx tx displayed on the phone. I hate the dishonesty I have been presented with by sprint so far. At first they told me using BT to connect my palm to the internet would just use my normal plan minutes and there were not going to be any additional charges and no extra services I needed to subscribe or pay for. Being lied to ticks me off.
So how do I configure my T5 and phone so that I can dial up through netzero? They offer no tech support for the free acount and therefore I have no way of finding anything out through them.

when you make your settings...make it dial #777 , user name is vision name and password...and you will get the same screen with the RX date stuff..but its free. I use it alot and get NO CHARGES.....

What about if there is no vision package? I am only on a free trial for it and don't intend on keeping it since I feel the price is steep for what it offers. I was looking for a way to connect to the internet without having to pay anything more than for my monthly plan since this is what I was told before I got my phone. Using my palm to view the internet would be a rare thing since i would only be using it in situations where I need to connect and have no other method of doing so.

Well then no ..its not free. After your vision goes away its charges. Not sure if it works anymore...dont try it myself...but Only other way to do it is if you know someone else with vision that your close to ....ask for their login and password..and log into vision as them on your phone....and then use the BT internet.If it works right it will use their vision ..thru their acount..and not show up on your bill. Id try it first and see...but no other way...
