I think Pear622 is trying to silence all alerts and still get vibrate.
Bad News:
It can't be done, if you set it to vibrate, and get a text message or voice mail, or alarm, it will still audibly notify you. But if you put it on silent, it won't vibrate.
There is no fix in sight for this. It's something we have to live with.
