LG 325

Anyone have specifications for the LG-325 ?
I am looking to see which BT profiles are supported (specifically SPP) as well as information on developing software for this phone.

Syncing LG PM325 with laptop

I just got my new LG PM 325, unable to connect it to my bluetooth enabled laptop. I know Sprint did some stupid things to disable this stuff, does any know of any hacks to makethis work?

Let me know...

SO glad I read the reviews about Crippled Bluetooth.

wow - I'm really disappointed in Sprint, but I'm certianly glad I read the reviews here first... half the reason I was excited to own this phone was so that I could always keep my phone is sync with my Mac address book and calender - a feature that Sprint has cleverly disabled. Shame on Sprint for A) doing that in the first place and B) not making it clear at all that they have disabled many of the features that the manufacturer touts.

I can understand not wanting people to use bluetooth as a cheaper route to the internet... but preventing simple and useful things like syncing contacts? its just foolish.

Does anyone know if this phone could be synced to a Mac OSX using iSync and some sort of cable?

Questions? vibrate and speed dials.

1. Does this phone allow numbered locations for each contact. My Motorola phones allow double digit locations for speed dialing from #1-#99

2. Is there a vibrate and ring selection. My Motorola will vibrate 3 times and then starts to ring until it goes to voice mail.

Whats with CDMA BT phones?

Why can't a CDMA company release a fully functional bluetooth phone?
The t608 was great, except for the fact that Sprint crippled the Vision by limiting it to 3MB. Then VZW releases the V710. Seemed like a great phone until you realize that the only thing you cant do with the BT on there is use a handsfree device, or DUN. Now we have this LG phone from Sprint. I had hoped that they would fix the whole contacts issue. I don't care about the issue with transfering music much, but if it has a camera, I would like to get my pictures off of the phone, and sync my contacts list to my Macintosh Powerbook. Over bluetooth would be ideal, but at least the v710 will let you sync contacts over a cable. I have yet to see an LG phone that will sync. What...

iPAQ with Bluetooth + this phone = reading email???

Hopefully this isn't too lame a question, but do I need a modem to connect my BT iPAQ with a BT phone by dialing up my internet provider?
I have had conflicting information from the technogeeks I know. What's the REAL answer?
I have a iPAQ 2215, and am considering this phone.

Can someone give me some info on this phone

I just had a couple questions, i dont care about bluetooth, but i like the size and slider feature.
So i was just wonderin can you download real music ringtones on this phone, like you can with most sprint phones?
How is the battery life?
Camera is not that important, but does it still take ok pics to have for screensavers and caller id?
well if some can answer these it would help me out
Thanks

Slider Feature

So I hear a lot of yall complaining about the fact of the phone's less durable slider feature... while I see it being a possible problem, it doesn't scare me. If I'm buyin the phone for it's bluetooth capabilities, I'm not going to be sliding the phone all that much, and it's the use that is going to kill the weak point, if there is one. The other reason that I don't see it being a problem is because the phone can be used with the slider closed. The only thing that you have to open the slide to access is the full view of the camera. Besides, it's a pretty blue color and I like pretty blue phones. The size is just about right and the screen quality is great. When I played with it about a month ago I fell in love. I'm signing up for a ne...

What a concept: a phone that has as many or as little features as you want

LG has a good start with this phone, but being in the business of cell phones, I have had plenty people that agree with others in this forum. They (sanyo/samsung/lg/nokia/toshiba/etc) should make a phone line that has multiple models, we want all models to have a flip phone, external call id, bluetooth (maybe other WiFi formats), great battery life, awesome screen, and most of all durability. For the low end model, we want a speaker phone that is not necessarily tied to ready link (but capable if needed, and not bulky, I've seen it done) and that's about it. For the higher end model, we want a video camera, voice activated dialing, improved web interface, software that accepts MS documents (for transfer over BT), better polyphonic ringers th...
