STOLEN SIDEKICK!

If someone stole my sidekickII will they be able to register it under a new number?!

also I had all my numbers on my simm card so if they take out the simm card will the numbers still be on there w/o the simm card

please reply!!!

yep they can but a nember on it if they have a new sim card on it..i went threw sorta the same thing with a crazy ex gf
