Danger Hiptop 2 / Sidekick II
sk2 or sk3
I'm consdiering buying a sidekick, but I'm not sure which one. I mean I want to get the SK2, but I hear that the SK3 is coming out soon. The supposedly upgraded features on the SK3 don't really matter to me. Like bluetooth and a better camera. I just want a good IM and web browsing device. I am also thinking about the MDA. So which should I get, SK2, SK3, or MDA? I would really appreciate any comments or suggestions. Thanks!!

It's like we're the only people who don't even have the SKII ... just kidding. But I'm in your exact position. As for me, I'm sticking with the SKII [I just hope it's not discontinued] because I personally don't like the look of the SKIII, mainly because it looks bigger. And as far as the MDA, it's way too technical for me. The SKII is great for texting and stuff and although the camera isn't as good as others, it's a PHONE ... what do you expect? So I don't care what people say about the SKIII being a better buy, I like the SKII and that's what I'm getting. I've done TONS of research on the SKII and I've heard great stuff, so even though it depends on what YOU want, I'd recommend the SKII. And you can always get the SKIII in a year w...

i feel the same way because its always good to try out the sidekick 2 because you might not like it and it wouldn't be a point to get the sidekick 3.

Hey, thanks for your comment. I think we are the only two people on earth who don't have a sidekick, lol. But I think your right, I have heard nothing but good things about the SK2. Besides, if i get SK2 now, it'll probably cheaper than SK3. Im sure SK3 will cost a couple of hundred dollars more. Im not Paris Hilton (thank god), I don't have that kind of cash just lying around, you know. Again, thanks!
