I had the best luck with Cingular stores. The stores that are fromer ATTWS locations don't seem to have it (or any idea about it for that matter).

I actually work in a former AT&T location. I have people coming to my store after visiting the legacy Cingular store across the street. They say that the folks at the other store are clueless to everything and that we are a lot more aware of new phones and promotions.
