Siemens SX66 / MDA III / PDA2K (HTC Blue Angel)
My 1st SX66, need help from u guys!
Hey everyone I have a few concerns about the sx66 I purchased. Just want to know if any of this is normal. Well first of the terminal services function doesn’t work if you are trying to use a port. I found a resolution for it with some 3rd party software check it out.

How do I activate the speakerphone?
My next concern is IE. I used that thing all day today. And was wondering if you guys have any weird problems with it. My IE when I click on a thumbnail to make it bigger on certain sites ie crashes and it goes to the "desktop" The site I was checking out was www.supertangas.com I was using the wifi, clicked on a thumbnail and boom ie closed. I've also noticed I can't stream video off of sit...

This is the gig card i'm thinking about getting. (Why? cause i'm gonna be swapping from my digital camera, to my sx66, to my computer.) Think the phone will read a GIG?

I'll take the easy ones:
- to use the speakerphone, press and hold the green phone button a few seconds. A box popos up to tell you the speaker is on. Use the volume button on the left side to make it louder. Sometimes it seems like I would want it to go more than it does, other times it seems more than loud enough. To switch back, just hold down the green button agin until the speaker shuts off.
A 1 gig card works great. I got one on sale from CompUSA for only $59.
I'm not using IE a lot, but I have had it do weird things like that once in a while. I think sometimes it's incompatability between website and Pocket PC format, sometimes user error (no, not me!), sometimes sx66 error. Soft reset seems to fix almost anything, but none o...

Works really well.
Using IE with general websites is going to be touch and go. Many times, when clicking on thumbnails, it opens another IE window, which doesn't happen on Windows Mobile. This will apply to many sites, in my opinion.
When trying to utilize pages that are not optimized for PIE, you will run into problems.
Regarding 1 GB SD card, I have one in my card that I took from my DELL, and it works wonderfully.

Thanks a lot man. You helped me out a bunch. I know about stand by mode. But when trying to "Wake up" the phone it wouldn't respond so I had to do a soft reset. Any other help would be appreciated. Any way to stream video? I assume the only way to see it is if i get the link of the streaming media and go to WMP on the phone then click open URL. Right?

Hmmm...I haven't heard too many problems about waking up the phone from stand-by mode.
What were you doing with the phone when it went into stand-by mode?
I have went to mobile.msn.com and streamed some content from there. Yes, opening URL would allow you to put in a URL, but, there are settings in WMP that you determine the kind of connect you have to the network.

the mpeg...well herez a tipper people you wont be able to watch it if itz not the rite size for the pda a screen you'll get a lot of freeze up...i found a converter for making mpeg into wmv and into pda size screen.
last...i go for the gig very supportive and reiable..i have one and i it helpz alot storing filez and on and off it....moivez to and mp3...never ran out of room...
