sorry Im haveing trouble sync to my commput it is asking for a 25- character product key. Iv entered all the number that are on the cd jacket and nothing can any one help me out.

What sync are you using? Active Sync? I downloaded 3.8 directly from microsoft's web site, and everything works just peachy.
