I heard that you cannot change the wallpaper for ext LCD on the E317, can you do it on this phone? Also does this phone have better memory than the l1200. Right now i have a v400 which is good but it has a lot of problems.

You can change the external wallpaper. It uses the 96 X 96 format images or else it crops them
