how do u change the wallpaper on the outside? and is there ne way to change the cingular scrolling thing that comes up after u close ur fone... also can u change the banner that says cingular? sry i know other ppl have asked these questions but i'm curious ðŸ¤

Menu->Settings->Display->My Wallpaper->Sub Display
Then scroll to a picture you want.

Menu->Settings->Display->Backlight->Sub Display
You choices are OFF, 10, 30, 60 Seconds and Always On. No other choices are available.
But that just changes the length of time your wallpaper displays. The banner is the banner and it's going to display for the same amount of time no matter what you set it to.
