LG L1400 / C1400

I've used www.myphonefiles.com before with my Motorola phones to send myself ringtones, but cant seem to figure out how to get them downloaded onto an LG phone (this is my 2nd one). What does everyone else do for ringtones on their LG? Use the browser??
