Screen Size
I can't believe this phone has such a small screen. Look at the wasted space between the top of the key pad and the bottom of the screen. Other than being a cheap phone, does anyone have an explanation for this? Also, in the second picture from the left, what is that sticking out on the back of the phone? It doesn't appear in the other pics.

i have noticed the very same things, the screen is small for two reasons in my opinion, it's entry level, and the hinge mechanism. that thing sticking out is probably just a piece of plastic holding the prototype together for visual comparison, although i could be wrong on all these things. Just my opinion.

the piece on second glance appears to be the center part of the hinge, which at the angle of the second picture, shows because it actually sticks out from the back of the phone when open.
