T-Mobile's version based on the same HTC hardware. It is called the "T-Mobile Smartphone SDA". I understand it will be marketed in Europe. I don't know whether it will be sold in the USA.

Actually, that is a different rev of the hardware and software from what I hear, however it's not hugely different. Minor asthetic and control differences mostly. It will be interesting to see if they bring that to the US T-Mobile market. I'd jump to T-Mobile in a heartbeat if it were here today!
