Windows Mobile/Audiovox Usability Questions

Having just picked up an Audiovox 5600 and not having used windows mobile (2003(, I have a couple of questions; perhaps someone here could help,

· Copy/Paste – is there any way to copy/cut/paste? PocketPC does this but I could not find it on WM. AM I missing something? With the effort it takes to put in text we want this even more!
· Is there a way to make the email font smaller to get more on the screen?
· Is there a way to mark a bunch of email and delete? (It could really use a blackberry style scroll wheel for viewing and marking)
· Is there a way (including purchased programs) to group contacts by company? Am I the only one who can’t remember every name?

Thanks!
