question from a prospective buyer
I am very interested in this phone. i intend to use it while im on the road as well as when im in school.
as in the palm treo, there are options of adding an external wifi card for internet access, or gps navigation software for road trips and what not. will the SONY ERICSSON P910A be able to do these things as well? i'm glad i hear nothing but good things about this phone.

As far as I know there is no option for WIFI with the P910. The forthcoming update to the P series (P950/1000 or Harmoine) will have this but the release date is yet to be made public. I would highly recommend the P910. I used the TREO 650 for not more than a day before sending it back. UI is boring and old and way to many bugs. There is an option for Wayfinder GPS, you may want to look into that. Good luck.

What does UI stand for? and will the 910 be able to get a software upgrade to handle wifi? i dont know of any DUO wifi cards yet. one reason why i do like the treo is for the wifi. both devices provide so many pro's it's hard to decide. any pros and cons from current users?
thanks!

UI = User interface. I doubt the P910 will ever have wifi capabilities. I don't think its even possible.

I'm not sure. Check handango.com and my-symbian.com for 3rd party apps.
