Can receive but not send SMS or MMS?

Help, for some reason I can't send any txt, but I can receive. Anyone know why and how to fix this issue?

My phone just started doing this. It was working fine and the the SMS stopped working. Just wondering if anyone has a ananswer for this. Not sure if it will just blow over or not. Thanks!
