blue part rubbery?

To the two people who wrote the reviews (or anyone else who knows), what do you mean by the blue part of the phone having a rubbery feeling to it? It's hard to tell in the pictures. I thought it was more along the lines of the hard blue shell that the V300 has. Someone wanna explain it to me?

It is, similar to the V300. the battery door and face are plastic, like the v400. The parts of the V551 are plastic, too, with the rubber coating. Meaning, if the phone was on your desk, and you push it, it will not slide. Does that make sense?
