Amazon also is showing a $150 rebate form on its website, but the phone is not being offered for sale yet (looks like 11/1😎. Assuming it is also being sold for $150, should be free from Amazon as well.

Yes but they can only ship activated phones, which sucks cause I can't go a day or two with out my phone since I run my business on it ot from it. 😢

Wirefly's says they will send the phone with another phone number and you can port over to your existing number by calling cingular when it arrives. If anyone has done this, please chime in.

It is only free for new Cingular customers. If you are an existing AT&T customer you cannot keep your phone number. Also, you will be charged the de-activation fee from AT&T if your plan is still under contract. (I just got off the phone with Wirefly.)
