So I tried to do the primary thing but I thinki it may not work on my phone. I can't seem to add additional # to a entry which the phone was suppost to have 4 per entry!!!

Are you saving to the SIM Card or the phone? This is an option in the edit panel for phone numbers. If it is SIM change it to "phone" then select the More options at the bottom. You can now enter another number. If you want to display only one number on your phone list, then highlight a name, open the drop down box and select "Set Primary". You will get a listing of all of the numbers for that name and just put a check mark by the one you want for the primary number.
