does the picture ID cover the hole interal screen when someone calls? and how many mintues of video does this phone get i have heard 5 sec 20 sec and 15 sec which one is ture?

Picture ID I don't know. I don't have that setup yet.
But to answer your other question default video capture appears to be roughly 10secs. There is a 'Videos Setup' screen where you can change the video length (MMS or Maximum) and the resolution (small or large) and if you wish to record sound (on or off). Defaults appear to be:
Video Length: MMS
Resolution: Large
Record Sound: Yes
To change the Video Setup goto: My MEdia, Videos, select the Menu key (the horizontal bars), then scroll down to Videos Setup.
I appear to have captured roughly 40secs worth by changing the options to:
Video Length: Maximum
Resolution: Small
Record Sound: off
